This is where I would like to name everyone who helped, helps and will help me construct this website. I owe so much to so many people!

First of all, thank you, dearest, for helping me build the page. Coding has never been one of my strengths, and I am so grateful for your constant help (here and in so many other things) I cannot ever express with words or deeds.

Annika von Holdt, your amazingly beautiful Photoshop brushes and artistry have been a constant source of inspiration ever since I came across your page. You can probably recognize them in the backgrounds for each page, as well as the backgrounds in the Fanart section. If I ever become a tenth of the artist that you are, I will thank the Gods! Thank you for making these brushes free to use for anyone who wants them! Here is the link to your website, for I think everyone should see your art and pay tribute to your creations by using the brushes and linking your website:

I owe one of my books on Gérard Philipe to Jean-Pierre Blanc, given to me as a present in Paris. Strange memories come come back to me from those days... Merci Jean-Pierre!

The two wonderful photographs in Gallery 3 (the last two) had been donated by Jean-Marie Ollivier. I am especially grateful to him as he had just purchased the photos on ebay and sent them to me scanned, for free, the minute I asked for them. Merci Jean-Marie! Your photos are wonderful, and it makes my heart warm to know that we share the same passion for beauty and gracefulness!

And this does not end the wonderful things I have to thank this kind monsieur for: he offered to help me translate the webpage to Geacute;rard's own lnguage, French! I cannot thank you enough for that, Jean-Marie!It is not too much, but I am linking your online photo gallery as a thank you for your generosity (and also because I think your photos are breathtakingly beautiful):

Merci Fabrice, for being so kind and taking the time to photocopy and ship a free copy of Le figurant de la gaité which you were selling on ebay; you asked for nothing, and I will not forget your kindness!
